The Elbert County Breakfast Association conducts our monthly meetings at the Spring Valley Golf Club in the northwestern part of the county.  We meet here monthly (see events schedule) and enjoy fine dining and beautiful views while participating in lively discussions regarding issues that impact our lives. Doors open at 7:30 and the program begins at 8:00 on scheduled meeting days.
